Will Kiely - Southcote Financial
We operate a tiered charging model which takes into account the value of the investments or pensions we are advising you on.
So that we can properly resource our business, which in turn ensures we can continually provide services to our clients, any initial work we do on your behalf is subject to our minimum charge of £1,250.00. In practice this means that investable amounts under £41,666 including regular premium investments will be charged at this rate
Our fees must present value to you and the services you require. If we don't feel that we can add enough value to you we will not proceed to offer you advice.
Fees can usually be taken from the underlying pension or investment, however this does not mean the advice is free, this is usually in the form of a debit from the investment value.
Before proceeding with any advice we will ensure that you know what the cost is in pounds and pence.
You may ask us to undertake other work not directly linked to a particular investment, such as tax planning. For this we will agree a fee, based on our hourly rates, before we undertake this work. Before proceeding with any advice we will ensure that you know what the cost is in pounds and pence.

We offer differing levels of ongoing advice services.
We will discuss this during our meetings to see if this service will add value to you, your family and/or your business. We will provide a list of clear, jargon free, services that can be expected from ongoing advice.
Our services relate to certain investments whose prices are dependent on fluctuations in the financial markets beyond our control. Investments and the income from them may go down as well as up and you may get back less than the amount invested. Past performance cannot be used as a reliable prediction of future performance.
