Firstly, we meet together to discuss your personal circumstances and your current financial situation. This is a no fee, no-obligation meeting with one of our highly qualified, Independent Advisers.
We call this our "Discovery Meeting"
We can meet you at our offices, your home, workplace or a place you feel comfortable.
We'll go into detail so that we can draw up a complete picture of where you are now, and where you want to be. We'll ask about you, your occupation, your assets, your liabilities and your tax position. We'll explain how all of this information builds a profile which will help us to formulate a great financial plan for you.
We may need to write off to your existing pension and investment providers to ask about their specific features.
Your goals and ambitions are the cornerstone of our advice.
So next we discuss your objectives, your aspirations, and any concerns that may arise.
We’ll discuss risk and reward and capacity for loss which together will help in determining your attitude towards investment risk, as this feedback from you will enable us to construct an investment portfolio which is a major part of the plan.
You'll see as we move forward in our discussions how all this fits into place in your financial plan.
Once we have gathered all of the relevant information we will invite you a further meeting to discuss with you our analysis of your current financial position, current pensions and outline our initial thoughts for the plan.
At this meeting we will be very clear about the cost of our advice should you wish for us to proceed to create a formal written and implemented financial plan.
No fee based work will ever be undertaken without your express consent.
We analyse market conditions, investment and risk options, tax implications, and product performance across multiple providers. Our team compare costs, features, and suitability of pensions, investments, and protection products. We also review regulations and industry updates to ensure compliant, up‑to‑date advice. This thorough research process allows us to recommend personalised, unbiased financial solutions aligned to your long‑term objectives.
Our Financial planning advice is fully vetted and third party audited before we deliver this to you.
This ensures that the advice can be thoroughly critiqued and verified to ensure a great outcome for you.
This will be our third meeting and we will present our advice to you in clear, jargon free and concise language, ensuring you fully understand our recommendations.
We will always give you time to consider our advice and if you want to bring a trusted friend or family member along to this meeting, we are more than happy to invite them to the meeting.
When you are satisfied with your advice and all of the relevant documents have been signed to proceed, our Client Management Team will ensure that all of the agreed advice is implemented (where agreed).
They will ensure any nomination forms are fully completed and will invite you to join our client portal along with any provider specific app's that will aid in the transparency of your holdings.
Once this is complete, we will being the process of setting up regular reviews, (if chosen) and supporting you for the coming year ahead.
